§ 32.110. COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP.

  • One member of the Senior Services Commission shall be a representative from organized labor who shall hold a valid union membership at the time of nomination and during his or her term of office. Not more than three members of the Commission shall be of the same political party. Additionally, at least two members shall be at least 50 years-of-age at the time of their appointment to the Commission.
